Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Here is a low sodium Balsamic Vinegar dressing that is so nice with a salad as well as a sauce for steak or chicken. Balsamic vinegar is a grape product, which means that it has been found to prevent cardiac disease and improve your overall health.

Balsamic Vinegar has other benefits to improving your skin’s appearance due to antioxidants; it helps treat acne, and some Mediterranean cultures have used it for its anti-aging properties for centuries.

If you’re not feeling that adventurous, you can try adding it to your salad, with some fresh Mozzarella and arugula.
