Shrimp, Avocado and Swiss Cheese Wrap

Ingredients
- 3 ounces chopped cooked shrimp
- ¼ cup diced avocado
- ¼ cup diced tomato
- 2 finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla
Directions
Combine shrimp, avocado, tomato, fresh basil, scallion, Swiss cheese and lime juice in a small bowl. Serve in tortilla and some of your favorite fruit on the side, watermelon makes a good combination.
