Shrimp, Avocado & Feta Wrap

Ingredients

 

  • 3 ounces chopped cooked shrimp
  • ¼ cup diced avocado
  • ¼ cup diced tomato
  • 2 finely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla

    Directions

Combine shrimp, avocado, tomato, fresh basil, scallion, Swiss cheese and lime juice in a small bowl. Serve in tortilla and some of your favorite fruit on the side, watermelon makes a good combination.
