Oatmeal Yogurt

If you want to get every minute of sleep in the morning, make your breakfast the night before. There’s barely any cooking involved in this recipe. All you need to do is throw a few ingredients together in a jar before bedtime, and it’ll be ready to eat in the morning.

Stir together

1/2 cup oats,

1/2 cup almond milk,

1/3 cup plain yogurt,

Then place it in the fridge. In the morning, top the overnight oats off with fruits or berries of your choice, sliced almonds, honey, or cinnamon.

Almond Oatmeal

This supremely hot and fragrant oatmeal dish, packed with protein rich almonds, is idyllic for those cold mornings in. Just 4 minutes in the saucepan, and you’ll have a sweet, satisfying meal.

Boil 1 cup almond milk and then add 1/2 cup oats.

Keep stirring while the milk continues to bubble; once the oatmeal has thickened, transfer it to a bowl and top it off with almond butter, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of pure stevia or honey.
