Mash avocados and potatoes in a large bowl and slowly add a little bit of warm milk. Fold in lemon juice and toss in some garlic powder for extra flavor

- 5 potatoes
- 2 medium avocados
- ½ cup nonfat milk
- 1 tsp lemon
- ground pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Peel and quarter the potatoes, then wash them thoroughly.
- Place them in a large pot of water and cover to bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then peel and pit the avocados.
- When cooked through, drain potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
- Mash the potatoes and avocado while slowly adding milk and lemon juice. Finish with garlic powder to taste.
